Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future, stay tuned!
Processing Time
All of our products are made to order. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be printed, quality checked, and prepared for shipment. Processing time is separate from shipping time and begins once your order is placed and payment is confirmed.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
Please note that shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to high order volumes, weather, or other carrier-related factors outside our control.
Total Estimated Delivery Time
To set expectations: your total delivery window from order placement to arrival is typically 4–8 business days for standard shipping and 2–5 business days for express — processing time included.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery directly with the carrier.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking information shows your package has not moved in 5 or more business days, or if your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please contact us at yarntosable@gmail.com and we will look into it right away.
