We want you to love what you ordered, if something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at yarntosable@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll provide instructions and a prepaid shipping label. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 30 days if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please include a photo of the issue so we can resolve it quickly. We will replace or refund defective items at no cost to you — you will not need to return the item.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns on the following:
- Sale items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition
Exchanges
We strongly recommend checking our size guide before ordering, as our products are made to order and size exchanges may take additional processing time. If you need a different size or item, the fastest way to resolve this is to return your original item once approved and place a new order separately.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at yarntosable@gmail.com.
